We are locally owned company, operating under the provisions of PA Act 114, Section 75; known as the Pennsylvania Home Inspection Law. We utilize state-of-the-art inspection equipment and deliver a comprehensive, easy to understand, written report. We welcome the opportunity to serve you and offer a wide range of services such as, but not limited to, General Home Inspections, Radon Testing, Termite and Wood Destroying Insect Inspections, Septic Evaluations, Water Quality Testing, Mold Testing, Allergen Screening.

We work for you, our client. We do not work for the Realtor, the other party in the transaction, the bank or mortgage company, nor any governmental body.
No Conflict of Interest
We are an inspection company. We provide no remediation services or home repairs,
nor do we refer you to associates who are service providers or contractors. (Your
best source for service providers is your Realtor) We have no financial interest
in any company that may do repairs or remediation work for the homes that we inspect.
Never let an inspection company perform any remediation services or repairs.
Never let a contractor perform final clearance testing on their
own remediation services for Mold, Radon or Water Quality.
