I would like to take this opportunity to provide a review of my experience with Eastern Pennsylvania Testing & Inspection Services. Mr. Houck went out of his way to explain everything in detail about our home, and addressed every question that my fiancé and I had asked. As we followed him on the walk around he even gave extra advice about home care maintenance. He also described ways to improve efficiency and lower energy costs which is very helpful in today's economic climate. Mr. Houck was even kind enough to return at a later time to do the radon test so that he would get a more definitive result due to the high traffic through the house. Even after the inspection he answered several of my questions and helped my fiancé carry in some heavy packages that were delivered to the house when he came to pick up the radon test kit. Phil strikes me as the kind of person that goes the extra mile, and he is very knowledgeable and experienced. It was obvious to me that he is highly organized and detail oriented. When he gave me my inspection folder he included some great informational material, and even provided the paper to print it out on your report on your home computer. That is when I knew I had made the right choice of inspectors. It is with no hesitation that I recommend Eastern Pennsylvania testing and inspection to everyone out there. I found Phil's rates to be the best priced and he answered the phone every-time that I called (even on weekends and evenings). I have a very dynamic work schedule, and he worked very hard to accommodate me. Thank you very much Mr. Houck for a job well done!!
